Working meeting with representatives of UN agencies was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

On 20 May 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova held a working meeting with representatives of UN agencies in Turkmenistan, particularly UNDP, UNICEF and UNFPA.                                                             

During the meeting, the sides discussed current issues of cooperation.

The participants exchanged views on the possibilities of holding a joint event dedicated to the International Children’s Day.     

The comprehensive concern of the state for the younger generation was confirmed at the meeting.
