The countries cooperate effectively within international organizations, such as the United Nations, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the Economic Cooperation Organization, as evidenced by their mutual support for initiatives aimed at strengthening universal peace and ensuring sustainable development.

Highlighting the successful interaction within regional structures, particularly the various "Central Asia +" formats, which serve as effective platforms for deepening dialogue and building multilateral economic partnership, President Serdar Berdimuhamedow expressed gratitude to the Uzbek side for its unwavering support of Turkmenistan's foreign policy course based on the principles of positive neutrality.

As noted, during Turkmenistan's presidency of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the next meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State, as well as the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, will take place in the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone.

A special role in coordinating efforts in this direction is assigned to the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek Commission on Trade-Economic, Scientific-Technical, and Cultural Cooperation.

At the same time, cultural and humanitarian contacts remain an integral component of the interstate dialogue.

In concluding the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedow stated that Turkmenistan highly values its relations with Uzbekistan and confirmed the intention to continue developing fruitful cooperation for the benefit of the brotherly peoples of the two countries, wishing the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, good health, well-being, and further success in his work.
