Issues of Turkmenistan–USA Cooperation Discussed

On 22 July 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a  meeting with Kristin Hawkins, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of the United States of America in Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation, including the development of political-diplomatic dialogue, cooperation in trade-economic, as well as cultural-humanitarian spheres, and exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

The interlocutors reaffirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening constructive Turkmen-U.S. cooperation.
