April 7, 2024 in the concert hall of the Museum and Exhibition Complex of the Russian Academy of Arts “Gallery of Art of Zurab Tsereteli” with the joint organization of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation and the Moscow International Arts Festival “Sounds of Dutar” named after. N.Halmamedov held a concert entitled “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”. The event was dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great master of words, classic of Turkmen poetry, philosopher and thinker of the East Magtymguly Fragi.
The event was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps in the Russian Federation, figures of art and culture of Russia, heads of a number of state and public organizations, Turkmen students studying in educational institutions of Russia.
Cultural and artistic figures from Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation performed at the concert. During the concert, songs and music by famous composers such as N.Halmamedov, D.Ovezov, A.Pakhmutova, Ch.Nurymov, Eduardo Di Capua, N.A.Rimsky-Korsakov were performed. Also performed by the author were songs and music by composer M.Guseinov, art director of the Moscow International Arts Festival “Sounds of Dutar” named after Nury Halmamedova.
The concert, held at a high organizational level, became another evidence of fruitful cultural and humanitarian ties between Turkmenistan and Russia.
