The Ambassador of Turkmenistan met with the speaker of the House of Representatives of Malaysia

On 17 August, 2023, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Malaysia (with residence in Kuala Lumpur) M.Mashalov met with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Malaysia Tan Sri Dato Johari Abdul.

During the meeting, it was emphasised that inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries is one of the important tools for ensuring effective relations, international cooperation, strengthening mutual understanding.

At the end of the meeting, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Malaysia Tan Sri Dato Johari Abdul expressed interest in paying a visit to Turkmenistan this year. The Ambassador, in turn, emphasised that future visits would contribute to strengthening inter-parliamentary relations between the two countries.
