Round table on improving the development of renewable energy in Turkmenistan

On April 25, 2019, a two-day round table discussion on the improvement of renewable energy development plans in Turkmenistan, organized by the OSCE Center in Ashgabat in cooperation with relevant USAID agencies in Turkmenistan began at the Yildyz Hotel in Ashgabat.

The event was attended by the leaders of the OSCE Center in Ashgabat and relevant agencies of USAID, representatives of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen State Energy Institute.

During the meeting, projects based on government priorities were discussed with their subsequent integration into the National Strategy for the Development of Renewable Energy.
