On July 20, 2017, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan there was a meeting with the delegation of the State of Israel headed by the Deputy Director General, the head of the Department of Eurasia of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel Alexander Ben-Zvi, who arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit.
During the talks, the sides, noting the importance of arranging high-level visits for the development of friendly relations between the two countries, agreed to continue mutual efforts in this direction.
During the meeting, the parties paid much attention to the issues of the development of cooperation in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres, and also discussed the need to expand inter-state cooperation at various levels.
At the end of the meeting, the sides expressed satisfaction with the interesting exchange of views on the current state and prospects of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the State of Israel and stressed the need to continue to support regular contacts at all levels.
