Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the Director of the Institute for Global Innovation Studies of the Republic of Korea

On September 15, 2026, on the sidelines of the Turkmenistan-Korea Business Forum, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov met with Director of the Institute for Global Innovation Studies of the Republic of Korea Kim Jin Pyo.

During the meeting, the parties discussed favorable fields of Turkmen-Korean cooperation, including innovation, modern technologies, and the development of business ties.

Particular attention was paid to further strengthening interaction between representatives of the business and expert communities of two countries.

Kim Jin Pyo served as Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea from 2022 to 2024.
