Prospects for turkmen-japanese cooperation in the trade and economic areas were discussed

On June 1, 2023, a meeting between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan A.Bayramov and the Executive Director and Senior General Manager of the Japan Export and Investment Insurance Agency (NEXI) H.Urata was held in Tokyo.

During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the NEXI agency.

In particular, an exchange of views took place on the possibility of participation of the NEXI insurance agency in projects planned for implementation in Turkmenistan with the participation of Japanese companies.

In this regard, the japanese side underscored the outcomes of the recent visit of NEXI management to Turkmenistan.
